It is not law. . .it is an "opinion" of the court. . .one in which the AC made an "unclear" ruling or split decision. . .the ruling was not loop sided. . .therefore one that is likely to be up held or equally knocked down by the PC!!
I read the Constitution and it is clear. . .fathers cannot pass on that rights to children under stated circumsatnces!! Our courts are not in the business of "making" laws. . .they are to clearify them!! This ruling is not clear. . .period!! Therefore, the PC must settle this issue or we will have a contitutional crisis "when" the PC strick down this ruling!!
No matter what some persons in law think. . .citizenship comes by how the constitution says it must come!! That is what the PC will decide. . .no matter what the AC says!!

If you or I put up a fence to block government road because too many cars are passing in our corner. . . the Police will take us in and MOW will come and broke the fence down!!
The other day I went on a hotel beach. . .walked down from the public beach! The security asked me to "leave their beach"! I told him that "get from around me. . .I een moving from no public beach for them".
He went inside. . .returned and told me: "don't come pass the high water mark"! "Now ya talkin me boy oh" was my reply to the gentleman!!
The children that were with me were told: "don't go above the high water line". The security stood right above the hw line and watched as we played in "their water. . .on their beach". . .until we decided to leave.
The private owner know the law. . .but they will push it if the government desides to stand by like "whipped dogs"!!
No I did not. . .that generic report is standard for all regional partners. . .for coon days the Bahamian would say! The typical cruise encounter of the past is the problem. . .not home-porting. Places like Miami was getting the lion share because of its home-porting. . .everybody flew into FL to get on ships. . .spending on land time before and after connecting with the ship!! They were spending monies that ports of call passengers did not spend! Ports of callers cruise passengers are not too good for any country.
But I do agree that cruisers alone will not fix our major economic needs. . .it will just inject a 50m more into the kitty!! Which again, is not enough for what we need!

There is a saying in classic management principles: "you get just what you reward". . . PS keeps promoting their dumb friend, family and lovers. . .they are the ones "taking home all the beacon" so to speak!
Good and efficent PS are either on "cruise mode" because they don't get promoted for their hard and dedicated work. . .or the private sector "catch them up" beacuse they tend to be the best trained workers!
I would agree based on the information coming to me from persons in PS. . .it seem that this government has gone asleep at the wheel when it comes to making the PS fair for all workers. Many persons are leaving because of it! One said that it is useless to apply for a promotion! Even if the PS commission choose the best candidates after interviwing persons for a position, varioue directors will just "ignore" them and place his/her puppets in positions anyway!!
The government is asleep at the wheel when it comes to a healthy PS!! Some of those people have not been promoted in decades. . .while friend, family and lovers have been promoted 3 and 4 times!! The PS directorate has created the monster of inefficient activity we call PS!! Good workers have given up as hopeless to get fair play in PS. . .while incompetents ranks right up there with full pockets!! Good hard working PS has nothing to look forward to except their pay at the end of every month. . .for many years, then go home with basically nothing for the years of dedication!!
