Are you familiar with Bimini? The cases found were in north Bimini. That island is isolated from north Bimini. . .coupled with airport closure, they are like east is to west because the water way between them acts as a geographical buffer for contaiment. the hot spot is centered in the north. Further more, south Bimini is mostly upscale. . .persons who might not even be there during this lock down! Also, the homes there are so far apart it too may present a buffer.

If one is familiar with north Bimini they would know the locals say that Bimini never sleeps. . .we NP "driftwood" carn never keep up with their "always on the go" life styles! I asked one of them how they keep up the non-stop moving and drinking. He told me, "keep going till you drop. . .sleep it off. . .then get up and do it again"!! I lasted two days. . .dropped. . .slept it off. . .then haul a wild tail back to NP!! They live on an island but have a city mentality!! When they call for a lock down. . .Nassau, you got a problem!!

The rational is the people were placed on lockdown like the rest of us to prevent spread. . .they refused to comply with the lockdown measure for the most part. . .according to people on Bimini itself!! Ergo, the hot spot. . .which takes incubation and expressed and continued increases of cases. Bimini's last 3 cases were in May. . .hence the need for more severe measures in May for containment. That island is the only surge/hot spot. . .soo lock down is used to contain the spread. Is it clear enough now??

Something those other opened islands don't have collectively? High volume travel from hot spots in America, Europe and other lux destinations around the globe. . .including China!! Some of those places still don't have zero increases of new cases. If Abaco was up and running as she was before Dorian. . .she too would have been in the stay shut category. Opening those destinations unwisely can see a drove of second home owners fleeing those places to escape COVID19. . .waiting out the global lock downs in paradise. . . inevitably bringing a ever present possibility of bringing something other than just their bags!! This issue is over. .. .dr sands gone over the authority line and he got what the duck got!!! this one name over one man says!!! yinna should be focused on the official from miami. . .she talking foolishness for real!!

Doc sands stepped out of line and got his tail handed to him in public!! Doc needs to check alladem public services administrators who going around and telling their staff that "the pm don't run my department". . . while EO is in effect!!! I don't think minnis wanted to fire sands. . .he don't need the "jook up" right now! But sands gone too far in his zeal to help. . .chapter 34 knocked him flat!! Doc minnis had no choice but to let him sink. . . making it possible to let the whole thing die. . .sands led them folks down a hole. . .he was the authority in the mix. . .who led him is another question!!

He is being lead by persons who are lying to his face. For example, his march numbers show 1,200 or so accessing the site--others had difficulties with internet accounts--this has not change!! My calculations, based on his number show 0.012 of the total student population as persons on the site!! His challenge at that time, based on his information, was persons who could not access the site because of lack of internet accounts!! Even with the newly configured public broadcast channel-- 295, persons with no internet access remained!! They did not solved the internet access problem, yet they solved the persons coming to the site??

Doc minnis now need to go and check out that MOE--something is not right over there--either the minister is being "swing" by his officers or he is trying to swing the public!
