The department of education has totally ignored all instructions contained within Emergency Order #8 October, 2020! See tribune today where DE Taylor said foolishness about what they are doing! How the hell the rest of us have to follow the EO and they can decide what parts of it they will follow. They have take it upon them self tto roster their staff after the EO October 202 told them what to do!! They are keeping staff who are not essential in a rotation. . .after EO Part II:8 clearly ordered that every business or office who's employees cannot do their work remotely. . .that business or office must shut down!! That department rostered its staff instead than sending non-essentials home until the CA advise differently. MOH says that the most viral hot spots for COVID is the work place!! These defiant officials are opening the government to liability!! It seem that this government is now running on stupid. . .where the hell is Dr. Minnis? Who is in charge of this ship of state? What the hell is going on at the department of education? The minister says one thing and the DE comes right behind him and says something different!! Dr. Minnis needs to wake the heck up. . .why is he allowing the MOE to got to ruins? The FNM mussie want to lose the next election on purpose!! They look llike they need to listen to Berlinda Wilson or the tribune editor. . .cos they een making no sense at tall! Enough is enough!

None of you know Mr Lloyd and his director of education. . .two of the most rudest and obnoxious persons in public services!! The department of education is in one big mess. . .both men are rude and unresponsive . . . the teaching as well as other staff at that ministry is so frustrated with those two!! Good qualified persons are leaving there in frustration and Dr. Minnis seem deaf to the cry of officers about the problems in the administration in that department! Both men are typically know for talking bad to staff in front of others! The biggest offender is mr taylor.

This government seem useless when it comes to that place! If mrs wilson cussed the minister in private that's their business. . .mr Lloyd should have kept their private dialogue private!! As for mrs wilson cussing him outside of the office. . .they are adults. . .duly elected public figures. . .that's their business!! The department of education is acting childish. . .the people hired them to do our work. . .they have to leave their petty feelings them home!!

He lied. . .then bully those who told on him with losing their jobs for telling on him!!!

The information he wants is right in the HOA with him!! Or, if he needs it that bad. . .he is the PLP shadow minister for finance!! He can request if from the department of finance and present if to the public! Or, as shadow minister he has the information. . .he can give it to us. . .or Brave can request it from his finance oversight committee in the house and present it to the public!!

As usual, talking before yinna read and understand what is being communicated!! That piece has plenty condescending drivel in it!! For example, no stakeholders input. . .telling government how it must be ran. . .the local community contribute little taxes so they should not expect "improved" facilities etc.!! On any levels in that piece the "the snide" connotations and angered comebacks suggest a person who is grasping at straws in trying to defend a poor decision!! The move that "he want to fix" was made in order to improve the teaching facility situation in that island as apart of MOE improvements project!! The decision was made in the past as a "school community "upgrade" on the island! So that unilateral decision to "go-back" to the old way was not well though out and the rambling "conch salad" of platitudes as justification for the decision only show lack of broad consultation among the stakeholders for that ministry. Just imagine, he implied that that school community has a poor/low tax based. . .they must expect no placement on the list for facility improvement on par with other "high" tax based school communities!! Awoa!!

Them "hard headed" people in administration over there was already given a stakeholders-wide document of about 55 pages laying out a comprehensive approach to navigating covid19 all the way into school reopening protocols!! This document came from inter and external stakeholders. . .all unions included!! But as usual, the childish director of education refused to consider anything from anybody except himself and his small circle of friends who "sucking-up to him" and too afraid of retaliation from him if he feels slighted by any of them!! The unions and teachers had already set out a sensible plan for hosting national exams. . .but as usual, the director would have none of it!!

I agree. . .you sound as if you are "familiar" with the mess at MOE. . .the doll house mentality among its administration persons!! Therefore, I expect that you know the "broken link" in that department. . .its director is a "dud" and can't perform as a professional director of education!! He is overwhelmed in normal circumstances. . .COVID19 thinking processes floored him!!
