Tourist don't and won't patronize the Potter's Cay area as long as that area remains dirty, unkempt, unpainted, and smells, the tourists looks at Potters Cay the same way as most Bahamians looks at shanty towns and the Bahamians that frequent under the bridge are shanty town dwellers who are immune to filth.

BPL is the worst, mainly because of politics, but aside from that, it must be a serious challenge to have reliable energy on all 21 inhabited Islands and BPL just ain't up to the challenge.
A country cannot have its peace officers whom the people pay killing its citizens willy-nilly without some sort of punishment, police officers must know how to de-escalate certain situations and stop being killer's themselves.
