Thanks for sharing, a "Poorly Educated Workforce" I can agree with, but the low literacy rates will take time to improve and of course a qualified and dedicated workforce is vital. The barriers are many, financial being one of them. Perhaps it's time to legalize that gambling issue and tax it in order to help fund the education of the nation. We can still be a "Christian nation"... just an educated one. There would need to be the idea of transparency in order to ensure the funds are accounted for and spent for the right reasons.
