Government won the case, but now decides to settle. Guess the unions have Davis in their back pocket.
Amazing how these unions be all over the place crying but don't release details of the deal.
Only in the Bahamas we make things more expensive by forcing you to use a middle man.
Import a car, you cant do the paperwork yourself, need to use a broker. Buy insurance, can't go direct to the seller, need to go through an agent of the broker.

Forget the conflict of interest. Those two statements are a prime reason they should not go. If the purpose is to showcase the culture of the country, and as a group you are planning to call it quits, then you have no right going.
On the conflict of interest, fine if you were dealing with the government from 2019. But the moment your director became OPM press secretary, automatically he should have resigned as group leader or stop pursuing the group going, especially as the group in their final year.
The spin doctors in the OP office are at work, when the PM from his own mouth said he was supposed to be in quarantine. If you supposed to be in quarantine then what you doing out? No amount of spin can change that.
But again, there are those who believe the rules are not made for them.
Someone please tell me what is the capacity on the technological side that the Bahamas has to offer to Dubai? When the Culture Ministry can't even produce a virtual Junkanoo of any quality?
This has to be an April Fool's joke come early in January!!
