If according to the PHA you can't bill certain groups, then how can you charge them the full amount and then bring it down to what they can pay?
Also, why are civil servants and public officers not billed if they have insurance?
Is it any wonder why the country is broke? And if you try to change it the people will complain that the government uncaring.
I canceled my Cable TV package years ago the package was nothing but garbage and was not worth the money. And I have not missed it or lost out on anything. Sadly, Cable needs to realize changing 2 channels will not bring people back. They need a major overhaul.
What I'm trying to figure is how many countries they passed through to get to the Bahamas to seek asylum, as there are no direct flights between Cameroon and the Bahamas

If the Tribune commentary is correct, why do communications companies need the cabinet to approach them to talk about doing 5G? Don't communications companies always look to upgrade their networks to the latest technology?
And if that is not bad enough, listen to what Fred Mitchell suggest be done to advance technology in the country

Fred Michell apparently is still using BTC. If he is on aliv, he would know in Grand Bahama, they don't drop call.
And his solution for the problem, is for the government to form a company to develop the the digital network.
And this is the man and his party who want to run this country. Governments never run corporation. If we go back to the government in control, like when BTC had the government monopoly, we would go into the dark ages in digital networks.
If this is what Fred and the PLP have to offer, if shows seriously devoid of ideas.
Is anyone like me who can't remember the last time they watched or listened to ZNS?
ZNS is a prime example of an entity that has not changed its model of operation to the 21st century. It still operates as if the Bahamas just became independent.

Lent is God's time? Really? Where is the biblical text Mr. Bishop to support that?

This is what an honest politician does. Not sugarcoat, but call what is wrong wrong, irrespective of party. This is how you build a country.
