Since when is awarding contracts to a sitting Cabinet Minister calls for resignation if the Cabinet Ministers has no part in the decision?

While Minnis is not better than Ingrahm or Pindiling, he is running neck to neck with Christie, but way ahead of Davis.

I don't class Minnis as a leader and have my critiques of him. At least I can give him credit of taking action when a discrepancy was brought to his attention. Way better than what Davis or Mitchell would do.
