I am sick and tired of hearing about a National Plan from the Prime Minister. Only in dictator controlled countries do you hear about that. In our democracy, governments come and governments go. How logical is to for our out of touch Prime Minister to expect that when he and his cronies are gone, the next government will just take up their plan and follow it.
Real leaders learn to dialogue with people rather than to attack them when they disagree with them. We have too many jokers in parliament in this government and no leaders. Oh for real leaders in this country.
Firstly before we rant and rave, what exactly is it that was said by the Senator that was setting a dangerous precedence? What statements did he make that were bordering on breaches of conduct and failure to substantiate his claims? What statements were “severely” against the rules of conduct, bordered on scandalous and were offensive to another member? . It is rather unfair to accuse the senator of such acts while not providing the evidence to substantiate such claims in the article. I see members of parliament do such things all the time and nothing is said to them. I would like the reporter to say what was said so i can judge for myself.
I really want to support Minnis, but it appears every time I'm getting close he says the most stupidest thing. He is the people's representative and Loretta is the Queen's representative. What garbage is that? Is he saying that when he was the Official Leader of the Opposition in the House of Assembly that he did not represent the people? , That is what bothers me with Minnis. He does not think through things that he says. Which probably is why he sends out so many press releases, as speaking on his feet is not something he can do. If he can ever get his act together, then he would have more on his side.
Let the boundaries commission report first and then I will register. They only want people to register so they can se how to gerrymander the constituencies. I will not give in to the gerrymandering that goes on when people register by these politicians.
Please tell me when did all those politicians in the front row with doctoral robes on earn a doctorate degree? That is an insult to an academia for people who earned their doctoral degrees to have these wannabe politicians in doctoral regalia.
