There is sadness that another officer has been put in the position of COP, not because of competence, but because of seniority. Another sad day in the life of the RBPF and this country.
Is it not amazing that the COP does an 11 hour deal with the government and agrees to keep it secret? Should not the man who leads the police law enforcement branch want to make sure that there is transparency? What does that say on how he will deal with things on the police force? Not a very transparent way to begin a tenure.
You do know that seniority or age does not equal experience right?
You do know that love of country has nothing to do with just being satisfied with just giving a position to someone senior with no competence, but also with being given an equal opportunity to advance?
For once birdie think critically for yourself as opposed to being a political parrot.
Don't waste your time trying to reason with birdie. There is no objective reasoning or critical thinking in anything birdie puts forward, only blind political partisanship.

That quote right there is why we have a brain drain in this country and once our young people go to college abroad they do not return.
Clearly this guy was not interested in recommending the most competent and qualified person for the job, just the most senior.
This garbage really needs to stop. Now come Monday another COP in the position not qualified for it.
Lockdown or no lockdown, please tell me why he believes he had to feed people who coining to work, and then going home after they are finished with work?
