The Privy Council is necessary for commercial matters. This case is a perfect example of that. The lower court ruled in favor of one and then the Court of Appeal rule in favor of the other. It took the Privy Council to clear up the mess. Foreign investors would not be confident in our system under these circumstances. The evidence should be clear for all to see and agree without bias. Most of the land barons in The Bahamas got their land from that evil Quieting Title Act. That ought to be disband in this modern age.
