Is there ever anything about The Bahamas that Prime Minister Christie is aware of beforehand? Everywhere he goes in his own country he is astonished about things that have been in existence for decades. The other day he went through his own constituency and was astonished at what he saw. Somebody please sponsor our Prime Minister a tour of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and make sure it has a tour guide who is well versed in even the remotest cul de sac on a family island - see also, Hubert Ingraham.
Dr. Minnis is completely wrong on this point. He supports a public opinion poll for gambling, but not for changing the entire way The Bahamas lives its life? Is he serious? So to him, buying numbers is more of a nationally important issue than oil drilling?
Not surprised at all. Those who know certain things about persons mentioned would not be surprised either. These are the people who make up the government of The Bahamas. If we Bahamians actually had shame, we would be hanging our heads in it, but alas, we don't - so people like these will remain just where they are, and even get promoted. Welcome to The Bahamas.
Wow, a man aims for another man's groin in a "love rival" attack? Odd, usually a woman might aim for the groin of her cheating man, for obvious reasons. A man will just shoot you and be done with it. And 5 times too? Dang.
Does Stephen Dean know the meaning of "telling the truth"? Every time this man opens his mouth, something contrary to the truth comes out, whether it is with Urban Renewal, an active crime investigation or other incidents. This man is a faithful stranger to the truth. All along, officers who outrank him said the problem was not a BTC problem, now here he comes saying the exact opposite of what his superiors have told the public. Next time he stands in front a microphone, he should just say PLP all the Way, and be done with it.
