But Tal, they took that land from Bahamians, and we all know that Bahamians get upset for a few minutes, suck their teeth, and then do nothing about it. In this case they will be trying to get the land from an international business who know how to negotiate and get what they want. Our government knows little to nothing about negotiating anything more than a kickback.

Just wait and see what kind of concessions the government gives for this beach access, they can't just take the land. This beach access will cost millions by the time it's all done. Also, how many Bahamians besides the beach vendors and the taxi's actually use that access? I'd bet most use the east access, or never go to PI at all for having to pay $1 at the bridge.

Neil, can you stop trying to get quote from Frankie Wilson. The guy is biased and factually incorrect about everything he says, and he is a snake of a businessman. Can you not find one respectable person to ask about business affairs besides Frankie? There has to be at least one, actually upstanding, person who you could call instead.

I think we'd all pay good money to see that, probably enough to pay down some of our debt.

Maybe he's angry because people like you keep telling him to get out of the country and to shut up and take all your hatred and bigotry laying down.

Instead of listening to his concerns, you just say he should have none because he's not a true Bahamian, even though he was born here and is a Bahamian citizen.

Bran hasn't even touched on the real conflict - just wait till we find out who is getting shop leases in the Pointe project. Ask Maynard-Gibson how many shop leases her husband and daughters have in The Pointe, ask Christie if his son got the pool contract for The Pointe.

The reason the government leaders are fighting so hard to help CCA is that their new kickbacks are on the line if they can't come through for the Chinese in the Baha Mar debacle.

The xenophobia in these comments is amazing.
