Good post, except I disagree on one point. Your comments suggest that we should forgive LGBT for their sins. I don't think that they are sinners, they are merely who they were born to be. I so wish I had a rich spouse who likes freediving . I think in Square Meters so that's 46 waterfront acres = 186,155 sq.m. and 180 acres inland = 728,434 sq.m.
So roughly $129 per sq.m. for the waterfront and $33 per sq.m. inland.
So if 186 of us can put up $129,000 to own 1,000 sq.m. each (which is a nice plot of land for a house and a big yard), we can sell the inland area to others for $33 per sq.m. well we wish all to have money to buy what ever we wantt . [العاب ناروتو][1]
