We have the most biotechnologically advanced country at our door steps but yet we run to Europe. I wonder why? Europe is constantly blacklisting us through the FATF...and now they want to save us....what a joke.
The Europeans and Canadian are destroying our tourism economy by stopping all direct airlift from their Countries. The Canadian banks are dividending out tens of millions of dollars in hard currency with their inferior banking systems.
The Americans are working with us by keeping the airlift and tourism going but we never give them any big business.

Imagine coming on vacation to Atlantis at $1,000 a day only to test positive and now being stuck in the Bahamas at $1,000 a night for at least 2 weeks and maybe more.
Once you are stuck in the Bahamas you can't go back to work, you can't see your family, you could run out of money etc.
The wisest thing to do is to cancel your vacation to the Bahamas.
Our government's visionless leadership has let this crises go to waste. We still don't grow anything we eat so precious US dollars are leaving the country with nothing coming back in from tourism.

We need to start rationing US dollars, stop the Canadian banks converting B$ profits to US$, using up our precious reserves we replinished with 9% loans, and dividending out tens of millions of US dollars to head office in Toronto made of the backs of poor black ppl. The really don't care about us.
We need to ration fuel consumption. Cut down on the cars on the road.
Cut down ppl buying stuff online.
If we do this now by the time the crises end in 2022 we will have enough US dollars to void starving.

So couple with the threat of being put in jail....even if tourist were going to travel to the bahamas they would think twice about jail if they accidentely didn't get an antigen test.
Suppose you accidently don't respond to the travel visa daily questionnaire because you ran out of minutes or your foreign based phone don't work with lousy BTC? $100 a day fine?

Exactly. The government is already charging $40 for the Travel Visa which includes the cost of the existing Antigen test. All you do is you bring your travel visa to the antigen test site and give it to them and you don't have to pay for the test.
So its a mistake to tell the tourist that they need to pay again for an antigen test they have already paid for. Unless the Antigen test is only free for Bahamians and foreigners need to pay for it.
