I do not think vendors even understand that they are losing money because they have to match someone else's price.

Plus , restaurants are not political parties, so people switch really quickly.

I simply stopped eating from restaurants in November 2019. I think that is a good thing.

The govt gets three times more than the dealers, with no expenses, $1.70, 0.54 times 3 is $1.62. They should give up something.

For condos the law is 1.5 parking spots per unit. So 12 units should be 18 parking spots.
I do not know anyone with one half car, but then there ar people who want to park 2 cars and keep their wreck on a part for years.

But the town planning folks are easily pressured by letters so they approve after 3 letters and some free lunch.

Now that corner is scary, truly blind. And yhe parking at traveller's rest is horrendous.

In the US, the uninsured get billed less by a private physician, here , the uninsured pay more.

I gave it up when I received a letter from a magnanimous insurance company saying they were raising my premium by 60%, but magnanimous they were to save me money, as they should have raised by 100%.

I was surely not going to pay for Obama care, so dropped it altogether.

I read two of the prospectusis. Those were for businesses in two areas where I worked and the profit margins are low.

There is no way to meet those numbers.

A sentence in the proposals struck me: these are only projections. Akin to when the emergency siren on tv says 'this is only a test'.

One guy bragged about his daily income, but, if they achieved that, the traffic in his business place would cause major traffic disruptions.

So, yes, they are inflating their numbers, probably with some guidance.
