your interpretation? Are you a judge? lol

I remember being in court years ago and Water and Sewage was suing to get some bills.

Who is Mary Jane?
--My mother mam.
Why is she not here?
--She is dead, and the bill is in her name, she cannot pay the bill
Do you and others still live in the home?
--Yes
Do you realize you have to pay the bill?
--My mother is dead.

Anyway the lawyer was one who rose high to politics many years later, and his name was on the list of those who did not pay the bills. May his mother RIP.

they were on the radio. you upload copies of your documents. Once they accept the application, you drop it off at DHL.

Beyond Flags can do all of that for you.

You do not have to get a birth certificate every time, just get one or two certified copies and have them apostilled at the foreign affairs ministry.
I believe you can have any affidavits apostilled too and they will last much longer.

since last year you can use debi/credit card to license and register a car and for drivers license.

they should really encourage that to stop theifing at road traffic.

but yes, most govt office cash or certified cheque only.

overseas they work hard, commute 2 hours to get to work, when they hit 40 years old they come back home, where:

they can slack off, get work by cronyism, let expats in the firm do the grunge work, BS their way into politics, AND, pay off a mortgage.

In other countries you die paying a mortgage.

that is a whole lot on 7.5 acres.

I feel sorry for the residents abd wonder if they will be able to continue to afford lawyers to act on their behalf.

I have yet to see arguments based on restricted covenants prevail. they just remove the restrictions/
