YEP, they are catching up. I just received my insurance policy post marked December 7, 2017, expired November 22, 2018. Thanks. I drove all year without my insurance papers in my car.
well some people go around in clothing that would be best described as underwear.
people should know to dress differently to go to a nightclub, beach or government office.
i see some women come to an airconditioned office and start bitching about the cold. if you are that sensitive, carry a sweater. but no, they are so entitled as to tell the people in the office to turn off the air conditioning and likely post it on facebook. Can't take the jungle out of the junglist.
i think perfume is only 5% because it is a tourist product. china and porcelain are also 5%, and at one point used to be duty free. but ceramic dishes are 45%, as tourists do not buy it. cosmetics are mostly 35 or 45%, but they did reduce the duty on hair products to 20%, and deodorant is duty free
but it is almost 300 ticket fare to get to miami, and you likely have transportation and accomodation costs to get there. and you have to pay for luggage weight on the way back.
do the math, often it is cheaper to purchase locallly or order through a courier.
remember also sometimes people need custom sizes that the shops do not sell.
again one or two persons pull decisions out of dark places and impose on others.
if a subordinate dares say something, they are seen as troublemakers in meetings.
at a minimum there should be notice to businesses or a longer implementation period proposed.
but , not to worry, they now will impose so many restrictions on ngos and organizations that stakeholders will be prevented from banding together to protest.
well, some of the affected businesses and organizations should sue to make these requirements no more stringent that in other jurisdictions.
do you guys remember when the higher finees for seat belt laws could not be enforced?
many persons in positions in the bahamas sit down and pull things from under their sleeves and other dark places rather than even go on google and do some research.
at a minimum , google could even help them reject many demands by the alphabet soup people by negotiating level play filed.
but , no, they do not know how to go to wikipedia.
first , green energy is not green, the materials to make solar panels and batteries are damaging to the ozone layer.
And , the homeowners will struggle to purchase this solar power.
Just a simple solar water heater costs a fortune and you will pay much less by just turning the heater on and off.
To solarize a small home will cost twenty thousand. If your bill is 100 per month, it would take 16 years to break even the inital costs wihtou considering replacement costs of batteries , and repair of damaged panels.
Yep, the panels should be removed when hurricane comes and, your roof structure has to be in tip top shape to support their weight.
in addition, he already said you will have to pay royalty to keep the power company viable.
anyway , i have never gotten a decent estimates from any local person who proposed solar to me because they deny that additional costs must be incurred.
not if they do that by failing to pay regular bills or asking to pay 'interest only' on their loan at the bank, thus prolonging the loan and paying more interest.
neither if they get a home furniture loan which they will default on 10 years from now.
