but notice now, clothes are duty free only to merchants. watch it, with WTO they will make things duty free to merchants and stick it to us when we travel or engage the courier. that is not discrimination, it is only discrimination , or outrage when they tax the rich in property taxes or the webshops in sin taxes.

I would have been more resourceful: -- i would get a relative to drop me off in front of a shop and give him money for paid parking , then call him to pick me up when I am done. or, after the events above, i would beg a ride from someone to drop me off at the police station to get the car back, who would not give a ride to a disabledperson?

I accept i cannot fix the civil service, I live with it.

yep. i 've been to the lighthouse. in fact i know some little old ladies in europe who play bingo to raise funds for the lighthouse.
trust me, the expats in hopetown go to the clinic to get they blood pressure checked, too. they like free things ,too. they also quiet a whole lot of land because they get to know when them old people die and steal it from them, or accrete pads at their beachfront.. Ahem.
they can use the duty they save in their private planes to pay property taxes.
