the educologists say, do not move to the next topic until all students learn. not 855 or even 90%. ALL.
time and tide waits for no man, and the topics fail to be covered because the teacher spends extra time in certain topics.
It cannot be hand both ways, either you go to the next topic to make sure all syllabys is covered or you reteach the stuff. If a small group does not learn then the better students get bored and start acting up.

the increase in internet subscribers is ridiculous. they cannot keep the internet-- and therefore flow tv-- on. that leaves only clients in areas where cable bahamas is not present.
i agree that the govt is not particularly creative. they are actually emulation other locations.
you ever been to disneyworld? you pay over 100 for the ticket and watch the prices of everything around there. evr been to spain? you pay oen or 2 euros evrtywhere you set foot.
it is just that these days the blue collar folks want to be world travellers.
before the election he was in another radio station, and the plp slant was sickening. he also would cut callers off very quickly.
here is a message to all radio hosts: you all are not celebrities or outspoken qcs, ok? at a certain point you depend on the management of the institution you are and there is alimit to as far as you can go. you have to figure out what those limits are to preserve your soap box.

well in abaco many drive without seatbelts and many todlers are not properly strapped.
come to think of it, many also drive unlicensed cars.
i do not know how they get drivers licence because there is no one to test them there.
