re: the electricity repairs: GR is not the only one who noticed it, this is the same crew who connects people illegally and causes outage every time they want an increase, maybe some someone will start going after the thugs, they too rob the people.
as to these other solutions, if i were a genius, i would not be using talk shows as a platform, one is known by the company they keep, and the talk shows attract the unemployed insane.
they should make a law saying that the disclosures to run for parliament must include up-to-date utility bills for their homes and businesses, condominium maintenance fees, property tax and an all-clear from customs.
that way these get paid every 5 years.
also former politicians on pension should have property tax and public corporation utility bills verified once a year.
a politician's trick is to put the utility bills in their wives name, so their name do not go on the paper.
in the gated community where i live there are some people on such list and when the govt changes the people come to turn off the lights. Last time they decided not to open the gate to the bec guys, but the service is disconnected remotely. they left the yellow notes stuch to the entrance gate, and people were stopping the car to read the names on the yellow slips.
but seriously folks, the spv for the legacy debt is coming and they will have to disconnect the bill duckers because no one will stomach a fundraiser to pay the plp supporters bill.

the problem with water and sewage is unique.
they do not disconnect people's sewage. so people run up the bills and do not care.
also when people sell a house, they keep sending the sewage bill to the original owner, so they do not pay because they do not live there anymore.
what water and sewage needs is an audit of illegal connections to sewage.

it is cheap to obtAIN, it is very, very expensive to store.
that is why people cannot go solar.
to solarize a home would cost about 5-10 years electricity bill upfront plus the coasts of system maintenance.
