the jobs that are being created represent underemployment for many, that is one reason for the rise in poverty.

fact of the matter is, you cannot rise out of poverty while earning minimum wage, and owning your own home is now out of reach.

if a person goes to college for four years, it will set them back at least 80,000, and then they have to work for 18,000 a year, whcih makes home and car a distant dream for at least 5 years.

evry year they advertise for traffic controller aprentice in Abaco, but the pay is minimum wage and no one can live on that when the rent for a one bedroom is more than half of your salary.

plus, well, there are the rising taxes.

the car dealers have to adjust their business model. How?

1. Reduce their inventory for people who buy from the lot.

2. Become an agent for online orders. for example: Order a car at several price thresholds: 5,000, 8,000 , etc..landed . Get an immediate down payment and deliver the car in 6 months or whatever time frame necessary.

3. I would rather trust one established business dealer that guarantees a price inclusive of service and licensing and registration.

ah, the "Pubic" school again, where they fail to teach family life and planning.

Let's close down GHS and send all those students to boarding school in switzerland with the VAT money.

two things i am sure impressed him:

1. blood pressure measurement for every patient.
2. sugar urine test.

that is not normally done in the US and Canada, but because diabetes and blood pressure are so common here, evryone gets tested.

the part that he did not see is, once these things are detected, the followup to control these conditions is very poor, so people go around refusing the medication and coming back for serious complications of blood pressure and diabetes and costing the health system more that they should.

the 'preventative medicine' crap does not work on people who refuse pills and insulin.

nurses do not get health insurance, nor teachers.

maybe the police does.

what civil servants get is free health care at pmh and thw govt does not want to pay for that anymore. so they started the national prescription health plan, which would mean the civil servants pay for that with an increasse in nib contribution. the increase was never effected.

obamacare was not free.

the insurance companies re4ceived over 1 trillion in subsidies and only afew people received reduced premiums.

the insurance premiums then rose like never before.

i dropped my insurance year ago, when my monthly premium matched the rent of two bedroom apt.
