why don't the private insurers give them the data?
the fact is that less than 5% of their payout goes to primary health care, because the deductible is worked out so that they do not pay for primary care.
so, people are paying 90% of their primary cares costs, but they call their policies 'conprehensive'.
if these people go around and sell the same product and say it is for secondary and catastrophic care only, no one would buy it, as evidenced by the so called 'sick and accident ,insurance.
the premium for 'sick and accident insuance is one quarter of the comprehensive.
it is not madness. he needs to address the manyfold increase in housing costs, and no increase in salaries. so, the only thing people can borrow for is a car.
remember when a house in pinewood sold for 50,000? those do not exist anymore, and a tiny car is 30,000.
the other thing is the payday loan leeches, that charge upt to 25% interest in a period of 9 months, they regularly advertise on the tribune classifieds, where people go to look for jobs and places to rent.
i already have the smart card, did it even before i knew it would be used for national health.
yes, i will be using it, because i will be paying for it. my annual physical comes up in january, i will keep copies of all my exams , and plan, plan , plan to get all i need in my three visits per year.
