and lest we forget, these private ailines crash all thew time, so i aint flying them. even sky bahamas crashed with MHH, luckily there was no loss of life. i stopped flying sky bahamas everr since then.
then there are the dreamers who say we should have ferry boats between the islands. bahmas ferries canceled the sailings on independence day to several destinations, that is nasty of them. so we need bahamas air.
the license plat was covered by some kind of plexiglass which was clouded, so i could not read it. but , even if i could, i would not use my cellphone and identify myself to police as i might become a target if these people were criminals.
once i saw a man whose wanted picture was in the newspaper, and he was down the street from me at a relative's house. I actually called from a payphone at a food store (one of the last existing one)
the guy did turn himself in, was on a bracelet, but was killed a few months later.
