pricing has been a mess for me, i am tired of scrutinizing my food store receipts. i would rather see exclusive pricing but, i am gald some merchants display both prices.

amazon sells for 4.95, paying shippping and duty and vat it is still a lot cheaper

the vat is only on the atm fee, not on the amount withdrawn.
so, if it costs 1.00 to use the atm, you pay .08.
presuambly you will pat vat when you use the withdrwan money to buy groceries and other things.
