and. lest we forget, they poison pet food for export. they also poison baby powder milk and kill babies with melamine, and sell fake antibiotics that kill babies.
Before rolling out these initiatives, they should do whatever it takes, meaning consultation with the judiciary and implement some laws to stop bail for accused murderers.
This BS-rethopric smells awfully like the ministry of education's strategic plans.

yep, the other day i spoke to a clerk at the business licence office, and said vat will make things more expensive.
she asked: are we going to pay it once a year like in the US? (obviously thinking about income tax)
i said, no. you will pay everytime you buy something.
so, not even government employees who may need to require vat certificates or other proofs from the public have been instructed.

strangely enough, the street from freedom park to prince charles is the poor man's las vegas strip
the nice food store that existed there has long closed, and a web shop started, now there are 4-5 on that strip
surely some of this crime has to do with gambling
