Wow, what a novel idea, totally worthy of the pomp and gravitas throughout the presser.... this public system is glutted with relics.... Spread your staff complement across more facilities, utilizing more of them and maintaining separation..... reduce the crowding at one facility.... Sounds like common flippin sense... Almost as common sense as renewing your license an ting online... wasn't that supposed to be implemented since April?.. jokas.
Need this deciphered by a royal smart person. What exactly is an "informal" company? If someone chooses to remain small and nimble, without full time staff, providing competent services.... How is that informal and injurious to MSEs? The larger (formal?) entities have corporate trust, large scale project confidence, aeons more access to financing, and quite often the ear of the politicians. Let the small man who is properly registered hustle on. Some remain small for good reason.
Bank & insurer should lose both these cases. While I hope they do, it must be stated that currency of insurance is too important to leave unchecked. A simple online calendar entry with 14 day notification followed by an email request for a copy of the document. You can't leave that solely to the institutions that are already exploiting you.
But how you figure prisoners are the most vulnerable? They are those with the least respect for their fellow man, or his rights. What of the elderly, homeless, and mentally afflicted?
I must disagree, you cannot teach what is missing here in a "class", this needs to be imparted from a loved, respected major to a minor. In a familial or close social environment. Today, at 48 years, I am still guided in respect and restraint by what I learnt at the feet of my grandmother and grandaunt as a child. They formed me insofar as my respect for self and those around me, and my duty to do what is wise and prudent. Whenever I'm inclined to stray from those principles, its the sense of shame before their eyes that pushes against temptation.
As a former cyclist, this has concerned me for some time. Our motorists are not generally very attentive, and lone cyclists can get too comfortable on these streets. Before sunrise the other morning I pulled out of my community and almost T-boned a cyclist passing with no lights, not even reflective clothing. Also something should be done about them utilizing JFK and TWD for group cycling, its too dangerous with our local driver base.
How tragic. Our lives can be turned upside down with a passing thunderstorm. Take comfort in the life you had together Mrs. Sweeting, and see him in the faces of your children. My deepest sympathies.
I agree. The challenge is in an ignorant populace that seemingly struggles to observe basic protocols for abatement of spread... recall that lockdowns were not the first option...
