You're talking nonsense again, the limitations observed are to ensure safe operation... try reading & digesting prior to commenting. Its pretty evident why this nation as a whole is a reactive mass given to noise & uproar and quickly distracted by shiny objects..... ripe for exploitation by foreign interests... well under way....

You do not understand because it is not your field of expertise. AC generators power hydraulic pumps, Hydraulic pumps raise landing gear, compromised engine with the remaining good generator means, guess what? no more AC power, slow gear retraction on backup only, and if the aircraft is too HEAVY, inadequate climb out after takeoff. Considering the shackles of token reward chairmen, political meddling, and archipelagic operation, Bahamasair is actually the most productive government entity, and also the only one with international competition. Bring in a foreign management team, because politicians will not respect the competent locals, polish this diamond in the rough at long last!

Let us each do what we can to help this sector of our society. Our government is not mature enough to seriously address and be expected to improve tbeir lot, if our society is, then lets act.

I find this "data" off tone and contrived. Where is the straightforward listing of all subjects and quantity of A's, B's, C's, D's, etc for each... for THIS year! Its smells of spin...

They don't need "foreign" inspectors, accomplished Bahamian aviation techs and pilots both with international training and experience have enquired at the Flight Standards Inspectorate, the pay scale is abysmal, so those who're happy to just land a job (or whose MP made a call) end up as "Inspectors". A casual walk around General Aviation and yes, the major local carriers would raise the hackles on any competent inspector..... to date its been light aircraft going tits up, but time longer than rope.

My RBC "client card" is still magstripe only, Whereas all my other local bank cards have smart chips, which thwart the skimming practice.... RBC is so busy shrinking itself to maintain huge profit, its not securing its clients.
