I take back what I said, my car just went in a large pot hole on Gladstone in the rain. Make it like the dual carriageway around Sandyport. I can work with that.

It's a good thing, gas deliveries are 95% of the business then........still will be a pain though. The charm of Gladstone Road is it's long 2 lane to Carmichael.......seems like a waste of money to me.

How bizarre?.......Let the place rot then. Let Ms Newton live in decay and squalor.

Where you going to get your gas from then? Aint no Home Depot here....

It was lowered from $118 to $92 some years ago.......the $92 really reflects historical lows.....that hasn't been the case since 2008. Propane doesn't follow oil you know.

When will these loud mouth American owners learn, you can't call out a sitting PM or Govt with threats?.....Same thing happened with Sandy Schaefer on his Robin Hood enterprise when he called out Papa. He left soon after.

Wow, that is some nerve by Henry Bain......lawyers and the Labour board, everyone seems to run too. Man left on his own accord.

Those property tax numbers are bogus, especially for commercial. I got billed $12,000 for property tax for land I'm not even the owner of ! It's crown land and the lease has been waiting for the govt to renew for 9 years. I told the inspector calling me, if you can sort that little mess out I will buy you lunch !

One segment of the petroleum industry never mentioned but is buckling under pricing pressure, are the cooking gas dealers. They have not had a price increase in at least ten years. They can't charge higher than $92 per tank refill or $3.90 per gallon equivalent.......the landed cost is well over $3.00 at the moment.......

The difference is the propane dealers have to deliver the product. trucks, staff, insurance, parts, fuel......all these costs never get taken into account.

I hear a strike soon come.

What a greedy hog !!!....Made $1,875 a week !....And still wanted to steal hundreds of thousands worth of watches.......and then have the audacity to put his $195,000 claim for unfair dismissal?........I am speechless.......
