Proper healthcare is one of those thing were "you get what you pay for" .... the Bahamas has always tried to do healthcare on the cheap and it shows.

Only you call Sands "world renown" ... Dr Forbes is recognized for her brilliance outside of the Bahamas but you keep telling yourself your criticism has nothing to do with her gender. Smart, strong women intimidate Bahamian males.

Although I have never been partial to PLP overall elite membership nor policies, Mitchell is as good as they come as far as a "public servant" goes. There is no question he loves the Bahamas more than himself... which can not be said about many on either side of the aisle.
