Isn't the US looking for a new location for their embassy for the same reason? Yes, they outgrew their Queen Street location eons ago but this information was only released in late 2015. My first thought when the Chinese took over/brought the Hilton was, isn't the US Embassy right across the street? Hmmmmm....

Does the Commonwealth Games Federation feel the Bahamas is a safe enough country to send all of these young athletes to? Would be interesting to know if crime affects their decision.

John, and you know we'll hear their cries about how they were beaten while in police custody.

As long as being a lawyer is considered more important than being a tiler this will go on. Besides, you know how Bahamians like to dress up. And what is that wooden paddle like thing being carried in the photos? Can it be used for whacking some of these ridiculous politicians?

I don't know. I believe some of them are just BAD but also wondering if any information is being gathered to determine if this NEW Bahamian is truly psychotic, do they fit the recognized profile? Something just ain't right.

These home invaders have got to be high on weed, cocaine, liquor and/or other mind altering drugs or a combination of them. Were their parents drug users from the '70s/'80s which resulted in them being born addicted? Do they have brain damage? I would like to know if tests are actually being done on these criminals to compile information and see what are their physical issues. All that dope smoking and rum swilling must have done some serious damage to them and therfore, Bahamian society. They lack empathy and are a menace to us all.

PHOTO: I suggest lightweight Defense Force tee-shirts and shorts instead of their long camouflage gear. I'm sure it would be easier to maneuver in simple cooler clothing. Don't know what they're wearing on their feet though. Also, tourists (since everyone is so concerned about them) may think they're vacationing in a war zone if they see camouflage-wearing military zooming up and down the shoreline.
