so it sounds like Teaching and Gardening are the (2) Jobs that Bahamians feel are beneath them and should be shopped out to foreigners....... this is the epitome of the whole failing Bahamian (not just teachers) system....How do generations of Bahamians (mostly unemployed) decide that the job isn't good enough for them and they don't take it?
