There are over 3000 teachers for 50,000 students.
That's about 1 teacher per 15 students.

Problem is that teachers are not distributed equally across the country. That is a human issue. Also, there's a serious problem with specialist teachers in secondary schools. That is a HR training issue. Another is the large number of small rural schools. That's a logistical problem.

The British education system had it right. American schools are almost out of control compared to other First World countries.

You spend what you need to spend. If you spent 95K in 2021-22, why would you need to spend 800K in 2022-23?
