Agree ....... What else can the unions do when the biggest 242 employer (Government) deliberately and callously violates every CBA it signs with the various unions representing its various Departments from Education to Health to Customs or the Prison?????
The Government is now using the Labour operatives and the Police to block unions from operating its legal right to use its collective power of agitating for its members.
And most of the teachers came from the same public schools too. And the administrators. So, what schools did Glenys, her PS and the Director went to???
So who should we find to run the system? Private school graduates, foreigners?? Is that the problem????
We don't know the details. The journalist cherry picked the story. The facts of WHY this man was travelling with 100K stashed in a suitcase are unknown. Our laws are only as good as they are enforced by the Government agencies. We all now have a precedent to travel abroad with $100K stashed in our suitcases.
The NIB debacle is jointly to blame on the Government who manages it as a SOE and the employers who duck & dodge paying their fair share. So, don't complain rich guys
