Look next door in Florida for an example. Our people need to learn to work together and trust each other.
The education system is not underfunded. It is mismanaged. Too many cookie cutter schools teaching the same thing Too many small Out Island schools with no scale of operations. Too many trained teachers teaching out of their area and not motivated because of various financial & professional reasons. Too many top officials who are out of touch with the realities on the ground, copying foolish US crap, and in bed with dumb UN policies. The whole system needs to be blown up. Can't patch that anymore.

Simple sensible Government assistance:
1. Put a trained agro technician on each major farming island
2. Put a tractor on each farming island
3. Set up a juicing/canning factory and an abbatoir on each major farming island.
4. Put in place an imports ban on all foods/poultry/meats that we can grow/can.
5. Buy Bahamian has to be taught in school. Bahamians have to learn to eat what they grow.
