Another organization that prefers to kow tow to Government, just like the unions, Christian Council, etc, because they are looking for "incentives".
If Edwards or the other candidate is silent before election, what makes anyone believe that they will move the needle after election? ...... Is Edwards a real Bahamian????
JoeBlow, I agree with you. The newly minted Fellow Nikkiah Forbes should come clean and explain that to Bahamians, instead of jabbing everyone blindly.
But this Covid & vaccine thing is shaping up to be the biggest scam in world's history ...... Why?????
Doctors, nurses & teachers are leaving the public system everyday. But Govt not hiring any of them. They hire security, janitress, clerks etc in minimum wage temporary positions to find jobs for the unwashed masses.
These so-called PAHO experts and most clinical doctors continue to bad mouth the cheap pills or cultural herbal cures for Covid that is used in the poor countries........ Why?
Is it that they are pressured to use the white man's vaccines and ventilators???
The Govt and community gender activists are not just pushing things like marital rape, but also gender identity, transgenders, and LGBTQI rights in 242 ...... These things are sold in one package and any right thinking Christian must see the Devil in the details.
This is the slippery slope that 242 is facing ..... Global pressure to engage and adopt these immoral and unChristian relationship matters is scary to many Bahamians. This is far beyond fornication and adultery.
Go throughout the country from Abaco to Inagua and examine how locals benefit from rich second home owners or winter residents or investors. A few examples:
1. Abaco .......... look at the poverty of the Haitian villages (labour force for the rich)
2. Bimini/Briland ......... look at the state of the locals schools & clinics etc
3. Inagua ........... look at the state of the school/amenities and lack of initiative to diversify
Most of these communities are exploited by the rich foreigners ............. and the Bahamians who may benefit from their "connections" do little to share the wealth with the general public
Truth is that Govt is trying to hire more people to bring the unemployment rate down. But it's creating more public sector debt and unproductive work ethic, as most of these new hires are untrainable. This all goes back to poor home training and poor education
Different Govts have been talking about public sector reform, right-sizing and HR training for 20 years.
But all they do is hire more unskilled people as 52 weeks workers and then "confirm" them as P&P before elections.
It's a shame, as it's only a ploy with NO real plan in place, as 40% of these Govt workers are not skilled or capable of doing their "job descriptions".
This MP is talking what no Govt has the guts to really do. Good luck ..... She may find herself without a post soon

Trying to make a deal with the cruise lines is like taking hold of a rattlesnake and placing it next to your heart.
These cruise lines already feel that they own us, and we have given away our precious cays to them at bargain prices PLUS the NP cruise port.
So Brave, you are late to this party .....

These appointees just need to do their job and don't bow to the politicians ...... Or else they are complicit in the white colour crimes.
The appointees better realize that the politicians will throw them under the bus
