Peter Graham and his ilk were the Number ONE exploiters of the poor Out Islanders in the UBP heyday .... It is no coincidence that it was during his time as MP of Long Island that the Quieting Titles Act (1959) was instituted ................ He deserves very little (or NO) credit for "helping the poor".
A total overhaul of the tax system must be done and all of the perks given to the FDI operators and the "entitled professions" (lawyers, accountants, doctors, pastors, & realtors) and the civil service will make up that deficit very quickly ........... A National Lottery and Income tax on all making over $50,000 will solve a big chunk of the deficit alone.
But Peter (like all the other Ministers of Finance) is scared to touch the Untouchables and is happy to tax the "small man" to death.

Maybe another Competent Authority plan will mask the embarrassing spat between the "entities".
