The PM says he hates criminals .......... if you observe him, he treats the press the same way

The "lowest deficit" story is a political brownie point .......... it does not portray the real costs that the Government owes in retirees' pensions, CBA salaries & benefits, utility debts, longterm loans debts and SPV debts ......... easily $13 Billion owed against our $2.2 Billion annual Revenue intake.

Until we know what the former Government spent money on for Joaquin and Matthew in the past FOUR years, we cannot take these numbers seriously ........... no accountability.

We see the National Debt rising by $2 Billion and hear that over $7 Billion collected in VAT in that time period, but where is the evidence on the ground of this $10 Billion ???????????????

This FNM Cabinet is carrying on the same old tricks ........ using a different playbook

We are importing and selling Grade C food from overseas ....... The Govt is the biggest obstacle to that as it has encouraged the wholesalers to put Grade C food on our store shelves ......... and to add insult to injury, the Govt has only paid lip service to empowering Bahamians to eat what they grow. We can grow at least 80% of the food that we consume each week ....... with creative import substitution policies, we can enjoy canned turbot, grunts, margates etc. ..... why eat Canadian canned fish?????????? ........ We can grow all of the vegetables, bananas, root crops, chicken, mutton etc that our country demands ........ but Cabinet has to make it happen

So true ............ how can you pay workers for "overtime" that cannot be verified???? ............ Swipe the card or do not expect any overtime pay.

There is too much abuse of "overtime" in this country, especially in the broke corporations. Supervisors and managers collude with subordinates to pilfer millions of dollars each year from corporations or Govt departments.

The CBAs of each Union is there to read as it applies to lunch duty ........ this has to go much deeper than that. Most primary school teachers sit in with (or arrange supervision of) their homeroom kids during lunch in the majority of the time ........ It is the responsible thing to do with that level ........... Something else is afoot with this set of discontents

The PLP did nothing to advance the welfare of many union CBAs between 2012-2017 ........ They will brag about putting up the minimum wage, but did not address many outstanding CBAs ..................... John Pinder sold out BPSU to the PLP to get his new position ......... The public sector unions need to come together and STRIKE like 1958 ............ The FNM in power now and enjoying the VAT money in the kitty ............. Time to PAY the public service workers.

Some of these stories are plain stupid .......... Do some research ......... Lloyd has a plan to "solarise all of the schools" ............ Simple solution.

How much VAT has been collected since 2015??????? ........... How much has the Government collected in OTHER taxes since 2015???????? .......... How much $$$$$$ has the Government borrowed in USD since 2015???????? ............ Can KPT balance that against the real verifiable expenses since 2015???????? ............ KPT needs to put that on the table tomorrow ..............Now, find the "missing money".

Check most of the recent BPSU protestors ............. their salary deduction probably maxed out ........ they have at least one Vice ................ they have little financial literacy .......... they have made poor relationship/family life choices between age 18-25 ............. and they have little formal education or certification.

That is not the Cabinet problem ........ that is called poor life choices.
