There is a revolving door in the public service ....... People do not work there until they die now ...... that was the 1970s and 1980s generation who do not want to retire and go home ....... not these millennials, they shift around on jobs like sand bars .......... and the Internet Generation not interested in looking for a 9 to 5 job ........ They want to make money on their own terms.
That's what I'm talking about ........... Find the whistleblower(s) and expose the political nonsense for what it is ......... This crap has to stop in these Government departments & SOEs.
But, Mudda ........ before 1967, only 10% of kids took GCE, 20% finished high school (Grade 12) ....... and the Out Islands had NO high schools. How was that better than what we have now????????? ....... and most of the top private schools did not even accept black students, whether they had money to pay or not.
Dr Sands quoted a figure ......... but he should have identified WHAT and HOW that debt was able to accumulate for 30 years ......... with NO attempt to collect the bill.
This sounds just like the Education Loan bill ......... Who are able to rack up bills like that and not be accountable to pay the bill????? .......... PEPs & friends, families & lovers.
Or did this include the bills at A&E for gunshot victims, dialysis and other NCD patients????????
Everyone gets a NIB card and a driver's license in this country ......... but they cannot get a birth certificate and passport??????? ............. hmmmmmmmm
