Stephen Dean made his whole career off Urban Renewal ....... he was a sergeant in 2002 when Perry started Urban Renewal ...... now he is ACP ........... He cannot complain about retiring.
Does any Bahamian Budget debate make sense???? ......... Do you ever truly see any money trails???? ....... All you hear is blah, blah, blah, blah on both sides ......... Do you expect politicians to ever come clean about money???
That is why we need an Ombudsman Office and an independent PAC or Oversight Committee ...... The Senate serves no Oversight purpose either.
Progressive democratic societies use proportional representation ...... either by candidates or parties ......... But who will have the ONIONS to change our ancient Parliament (Constitution)??
