It is stupid to believe that sharks should be able to reproduce exponentially without having any form of culling (control of population) of such deadly creatures enforced by Man. Are we that controlled by the so-called (foreign) environmentalists that we cannot act with reason anymore?????

If a land beast mauls and kills a human, the Government acts to remove and euthanize it. Why can't we do the same with a dangerous marine beast??????? Maybe the same people who are blocking capital punishment (humans) are doing the same with the wild beasts ............ Based on what the letter writer is suggesting, I am sure that NO chum was near Sandals that day when the lady was savagely attacked by the shark.

In Lousiana, they have the alligator hunting season and in Florida, they have the python hunting season. Why is it such a far fetched idea to have a shark hunting season in The Bahamas?????

The Government must act quickly before our seas become too dangeorus for our citizens and tourists alike to be able to SAFELY harvest fish and enjoy recreation in our waters.

For those who were old enough to remember, any sensible FNM only has to think of what happened at the 1977 election when there were at least three or four different factions ......... bdp, fndm, sdp & fnm.

And how did that work out??????

sheeprunner12 says...

The 2024 Convention will solve this situation.

Wise heads have to prevail as the New Day gravy train is on a roll.

sheeprunner12 says...

The time has come to cull sharks ....... Have a month of shark hunting like the alligator & python hunts in Louisiana & Florida.

The number one issue is whether the Pintard & Sands team are compromised in being able to attack the New Day PLP without fear of having skeletons in the their closet revealed that will render the FNM powerless to defeat the PLP in 2026.

If that question cannot be answered in the positive, then the FNM has to find NEW leadership at the next Convention (2024).

Halkitis is deflecting from the issue ....... Did the IMF find that he miscalculated the deficit??

If that is true, then Halkitis has a lot to answer for.

We should not wait until the voodoo stats come out in May 2024 Budget debate, we should know NOW whether the Govt is fudging the numbers to deceive the citizens or the international lenders etc.

Don't worry PM Davis ........ You will also be "shocked" when you ring the bell in 2026 (or before).

Why is it that the Pintard faction is beginning to resemble the PLP goon squads more and more as every day goes by?????? ............... Or is it that Brave is whispering in Pintard's ear???

Or is it that Hubiggity is working hard to keep Minnis out of leadership, by all means necessary?

Is the Minister aware of the daily struggles that teachers have on campus with keeping order in classrooms?

Is the Minister aware of the assault on teachers & administrators by parents using various social media platforms?

Is the Minister aware of the dysfunctional relationship that exists between the various stakeholders who are suppose to remove the undesirable disruptive students from the regular classrooms, and place them in a school for rehabilitation (star academy)?

our education leaders have failed to bring order & discipline to our schools.

parents have failed to raise their children based on the bible principles.

chickens have come home to roost ..........

Is it a good thing to support anything Nigerian??? .......... They have a global reputation for being the biggest fraudsters out there .......... Just saying

Nigeria may not have the best reputation when it comes to banking & taxes etc ....... but someone from the Global South had to do it. OECD has brandished all of the black-led countries as corrupt and scandalous (and they have the power to do it).
