Yep ........ But, how do you get the bad legacy debts & investments off NIB books????? And, how do you reduce administration wages/perks to 12-15% of the NIB budget????
The politicians are not discussing that, rather they're heaping on more taxes.
The lawyers and the judges are ALL complicit in this problem ......... laws can help to facilitate the issues of cases and the rate at which cases are resolved on appeals have to be quickened.
But our PM & CJ will circle the wagons to protect their legal fraternity coffers and the drama and hellishness will continue unabated.

The regional leader of renown Ralph Gonzalves is questioning why 242 judges grant bail to murderers (Are 242 judges living on Mars?) ........... They may not be living on Mars, but they surely dance to the tune of the gangsters in the House of Assembly.
The whole region can see that our political leaders' words do not match their actions .......... on most issues. It is all about pomp, pageantry and facade.

Local government officials have one hand tied behind their back because the Central Government controls the Purse.
The RBPF has a whole Fire Branch in Nassau with many officers and a budget, while the DOLG gives the Family Islands peanuts that cannot buy nor maintain firefighting equipment.
Some islands depend on foreign donors & local volunteers to create a fire brigade, and DOLG may give a token stipend to it. It's a pathetic way to operate in 2023.
