1. Torres said he is still trying to secure funding.

2. The PM said the EIA is not completed.

3. The DPM is still non committal to the DMC airport.

4. The big LI contractors are waiting for calls from the principals. Will Dean, Torres & Assal pay locals what they demand OR bring in cheap foreign labour?

So, Long Islanders ........ please hold off on the promises just yet. Show we the money.

The event was held on Gordon's beach, but the actual site of the future resort is THREE miles further south near Cape Verde. That "ceremony" was only for photo ops.

The roads in the Family Islands are literally killing the citizens and destroying their vehicles with no recourse from Nassau.
