I live in Pinewood and I bail water out of my home all day yesterday .This is why we in the Bahamas should not pay insurance because they find every which way not to pay you ,but when time come to collect they all over you which is not fair .Why pay insurance if anything happens you have to find your own monies to rebuild does not make sense. Pinewood people for sure should not make payments on their homes because Arawak Homes knew from day one that they did no justice to those homes swamp land no fountain my water came up from my floors not from the outside and every month I have to make my payments to the bank if I want to keep my cheaply built home .For years we in pinewood endure this mess with no help from Arawak Home .
