So sad, I remember when you could walk anywhere in Nassau anytime of the night and not be afraid, but not anymore. I am wondering if they are just killing on contract or just killing because they have access to the guns. Young people be careful as you kill today and tomorrow will be your day to be killed.

Jamaicans take track and field to a next level. They eat, breathe and live track and field. The Bahamas will have to do a better job than what they did in Martinique. What would have happened if the Jamaican athlete did not get a cramp and pull up at the end, they would have been without a gold medal. Jamaica have a high school competition for students, it is a program to die for. Get ready Bahamas because they even have a stronger, better and younger team coming next year. I visited Jamaica for what is called champs, Minister of Sports you need to visit this event and you will see the athletes do so well and are so proud of what they do.
rbdf, rbpf, immigration and customs are all criminals in uniforms. They are no better than the person who is sitting in Fox Hill for crimes committed on other people. Police smuggling cocaine, Immigration officer get a way driver, Custom officer letting there friends get away with duty and Defence force officer getting illegal immigrant pregnant. What a Christian Nation this is. LOL>
As a Christian, the Bible says we must forgive and forget but this is a hard one. Randy Fraser is a disgrace to the church and he will have to face it on judgment day, and to Mrs Fraser that first lady that you want to be so bad, how could you sleep with a man like Randy Fraser knowing all that he has done to the kids(girls) of Pilgrim Baptist Church. As my grandmother always say the Good Lord never sleep. randy fraser your day will come.
