There wasn't any case here, however, the part about both of them having Moncur blood is foolish and part of what is wrong with the Bahamas. People expect to get off base on association and in most cases do. That is why I think officers should spend a lot of time on a different island.
If you restrict it to 21 and over, then how about kids that have epileptic seizures? Marijuana has shown signs to greatly reduce those seizures, it would need to be low in THC(which will get you high) and high in CBD which is the main ingredient to help with seizures. They are many different strain in this plant.
Marijuana is not only for glaucoma, it is for a whole lot of things that is known and unknown. I don't smoke and will be seing the doctor again on friday because i'm a candidate for glaucoma, if I have it, I will have to consider marijuana.
Not advocating for gambling, but at least some of the money collected from gambling could help to pay for them if legalized. The truth of the matter is no government is going to shut them down, so they might as well get some money from them.
No one in their right mind could sympathize with those captains if they get caught, however, the US can't expect the Bahamas to put more resources into this problem over the problem of gun smuggling into the Bahamas.
Exactly Larry, also, the Bahamas have enough on our hands protecting the Bahamas borders from Haitians and illegal fishing from Dominicians. This is how the US foreign policy is set up, the Caribbean country suppose to protect them from smuggling of all kinds and then the Caribbeans are on their own from gun smugglings
