- there is no magical pot of money for our government to access......they get it by taxing us. - there is no magical deep bag of jobs that our government can access.......we have to hire each other. - too much money is leaving the country through expats and Bahamians shopping.......whatever is left after the websites suck out their share, we have to make do with and that's why we are feeling the pinch and casting blame all over the place.
I hope this teaches us Bahamians a lesson. The minute somebody with money comes here, we bright eyed and bushy tailed........hands out greedily.........kissing ass .........giving away much and not even getting anything back in return.........getting swing like jackasses and STILL ........

Get real. Even though he might be innocent, this is tourism, and no future guest is going to want to see his face before them. Sad, but true, so he had to go. That's life in a tourism nation.
No matter what, these fellows are going to find who they want to kill, wherever they are. Young men that have fallen through the cracks of our society. They wanted to have a referendum for the rights of Bahamian women ( like anybody can keep Bahamian women back). What they need is a referendum to save these young men, they are the most vulnerable (and the most dangerous) people in this society.
Far too many employees of Bahamian ministries are on the take. You can pay under the table for just about anything..............get a handle on that and half the problems are solved.
Quick truth.........it is easy for Saunders to sit comfortably in his sweet life and make such a statement, but ............Haiti's problems are overwhelming and cannot be taken on by struggling countries. Basic fact that needs to be faced, but is so controversial..............Haitians MUST start practicing birth control.
