As long as Bahamians are not taking responsibility for the stupid things they are doing, we won't move ffirward. This is not rocket science, no matter how much you talk about....science .....we all know the five or six things to do to keep our personal safety....no extreme science involved.
Bahamians want to hold the government to standards they are not willing to apply to themselves. They criticize the government for opening borders in order to chase the mighty dollar, while they were pushing the government to hurry up and open up their business so they could chase the mighty dollar.
Man.....what a conundrum! In trying to stop citizens from getting sick with the virus through lockdown and guidelines, a large amount of people starve......in trying to open the economy so that starving people can work, the people get sick again.........
Bahamians must start to take responsibility for their own safety against this virus and stop diligently searching for somebody to blame for the increase in cases. Wear masks, stay away from others, don't engage in crowded situation, don't go to Florida, take care of your personal hygiene. How hard can that be? Put the same diligence into those actions, instead of casting around blame. The government, no government in the world, can constantly babysit unruly citizens.
