It would seem that, at the daily rate of shootings in the Bahamas, the national security issue will solve itself in a year or so as there won't be anybody left to shoot or shoot at.
Disney can be a great addition to Eleuthera but to suggest that they are environmentally responsible is totally inaccurate. They cut through the reef on Grand Bahama whilst filming Pirates of the Caribbean and destroyed valuable property when finished leaving waste and debris.
Now let's think about this ... These boys claim that they will spend $45 million dollars to clean up the landfill. The Government says it won't be paying for this. So, that means that some investor is putting up the money. I've been an investment banker for forty-five years and in all that time I have never known an investor to put up 45 million for a project that does not have a means of generating income and could never pay the investor back, All I can say is, please introduce me to this financing source as I have a bridge in Brooklyn NY for sale!
Well, this sounds good ... but they still don't have financing ... a pre-condition for the successful bidder in the original deal with the government. Let's face it, Providence Advisors doesn't have the skill set to complete this deal, they have no financing, and they coned the government for the past 6 months whilst attempting to find another party that could bail them out. Let's hope WRDG has some way to save this fiasco

If BPL's bonds are ever rated investment grade, I would suggest that the rating have either lost their way or they have accepted giant bribes
