Discontinue the lines outside stores etc by having individuals stay in their vehicles and establishing a numbering system for them to enter. Allow only a certain amount of people in at a time and set a reasonable time limit that each person or groups of people must check out by. I think this could contribute greatly to avoiding the spread of Covid-19 due to hundreds of people clustered toward outside of foodstores as we saw these past few days.
Additionally, maybe allow major foodstores to deliver throughout the lockdown somehow while people stay inside.
